We have a Wellness monitor, which is the industry’s first and only real-time tracker of your ongoing mental state. It is able to analyze your heart rate data from your smartwatch to determine if you were calm or anxious throughout your day.
When you are calm, your thinking is clear, and you don’t carry any external pressure.
Whenever you are in an anxious state, you experience unease, worry, or you can feel nervousness with rapidly shifting random emotions and thoughts.

I began taking yoga classes with Yogacharya Krishna Mishra in early 2021 through online sessions. To be honest I was little skeptical about taking online Yoga classes in the beginning but from the very first class, I knew i has made the right decision.
I started practicing online yoga with Yogacharya Krishna Mishra from Taiwan. He used to wake up early in the morning to teach, because of the time zone and that encouraged me to wake up early everyday to stay fit.
